-Then, with a spoon, we empty the raspberry juice on the cream and mix slowly until a nice pink color is obtained.

-On the other hand, we take any biscuits you have left in your home and grind them for reuse, or you can buy them and grind them.

-We mix the Chantilly cream until it becomes sticky and color it with a color or leave it white according to your taste.

-Then we take the cups and put 3 tablespoons of crushed cookie in the bottom of the cup.

-We fill the light and delicious cranberry cream.

-In addition, we decorate it with cream, berries and mint leaves.


The second recipe:

Chocolate dessert


first layer:

-In a saucepan, put 2 cups of milk

-2 tablespoons of starch, 3 tablespoons of sugar

-We add a tablespoon of raw cocoa

-A tablespoon of coffee (Nescafé)

-Mix the ingredients well

-Put on the fire and keep stirring

-And when it is heated, we add 60 grams of dark chocolate

-And mix well until it starts with Bajlian then removed from the heat

-We put tilted serving cups and pour the mixture into them

-We let it cool a little, then put it in the refrigerator, and the cups should not be more than half full.


second layer:

-In a bowl, put a third of a cup of sugar

-Leave it in the oven until it caramelizes and mix it in this pan, but without burning.

-We put a tablespoon of butter on top.

-And mix it till it melts.

-Then we pour 2 cups of milk with 3 tablespoons of starch.

-Keep stirring until the sugar melts.

-We put 50 grams of white chocolate.

-A spoonful of vanilla, and keep stirring until it starts to boil.

-We take the cups out of the refrigerator and pour over the first mixture and fill the cups, let them cool a little, then put them back into the refrigerator.

-And decorate it at the end with grated chocolate, and it is served cold and thank you.
