12-We separate the skin from the bark and arch the edges of each of the four pieces.
13-And place it on the side of the saucer, on the leaves, with the red flower on it.
Note:
You can make a rice salad and have it in the middle of the plate, or grill meat or fish and place it in the middle of the plate.
