Crystal hearts
Crystal Hearts is a wonderful Algerian dessert in its shape and taste
Today I am sharing this recipe with you.

Crystal arabic Sweet can be served at events and weddings, such as Christmas or your guests, with a coffee your guests will love.
Ingredients
1- Heart-shaped plastic crystal mold
2- White chocolate
3- A red dye used to color chocolate
4 - a spoonful of oil
5-4 Large eggs or 5 small eggs
6-cup regular sugar
7- Small scoops vanilla
8-3 tablespoons of whole milk
9- 2 bags of baking powder
10 - two cups of flour
Prescription method
- We melt white chocolate and put drops in it. Dye red and mix slowly until you get the desired color, then add a spoonful of oil in it and add some mixture to it.
-Take the plastic mold and coat the hearts with chocolate and let it freeze in the refrigerator,
- And cover it with another layer of rich chocolate Put the mold in the refrigerator to freeze it, then remove it.
On the other hand
-We take a bowl and put in it the eggs, 3 tablespoons of milk and vanilla And sugar and mix well with an electric mixer.
-When the mixture is homogeneous and doubles a little, it is emptied with two cups of white flour And two bags of baking powder, then re-mix with an electric mixer.
After that, we take a baking sheet and spread baking paper on it, then put the mixture in it
We flatten the sides with a spoon and put them in the oven, which we heated to a certain degree, 180 degrees, and when the sides are red, we turn on them to turn red from the top.
-Once the cake is ripe and golden, take it out and let it cool down, then.
-We put crumbs of this cake in a bowl and pour into it a cup of ground peanuts and a cup of delicious sweets sold in stores.
-Mix well and mix with the buttercream, but do not add more cream to keep it together.
-We bring a mold and fill it with a good filling, and we make a space in the middle for the filling, we also fill it with chocolate for coating or any kind of chocolate you prefer. You can skip this step if you wish,
-Close it From above, with a little padding, complete the entire model in this way.
-Finally, we coat the top with chocolate so that the filling is sealed and the filling is not visible.
Then we put it back in the refrigerator, after a few minutes we take it out and remove the shapes from the plastic mold and put it on a plate and remove the impurities using a knife from the bottom of the dessert. After that We take small pieces of gold leaf and decorate hearts or any decoration you like.
-We put the hearts in paper bags and serve them in a serving dish .

If you do not have a colorant, you can paint it with white chocolate only, and then decorate it with golden glitter and gold leaf .Thank you.
